Terms of service
Last updated 5 November 2026. These terms apply to Ringtern, a service of LawOne Cloud LLC.
The demo
The demo is free. By requesting one you confirm the phone number or email is yours and agree to one recorded demo conversation with an AI voice. The demo receptionist is built automatically from your public website and may make mistakes.
The service
Ringtern answers calls on your behalf using AI, takes details and sends you job tickets. It does not replace emergency services. You remain responsible for your work, your prices and your dealings with your customers, and for checking job details before acting on them.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance and include a set number of minutes. Extra minutes are billed at the rate shown on our pricing page.
- At 150% of your included minutes, calls are returned to your normal voicemail until you approve more usage.
- Setup fees, where they apply, are not refundable once your receptionist is live.
- There is no contract. You can cancel any time; the service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Fair use
You must not use Ringtern for unlawful calls, spam, or to mislead callers. You are responsible for telling callers that calls may be recorded where the law requires it; we can add this to your greeting.
Liability
We work hard to keep Ringtern reliable but can't guarantee it will answer every call or capture every detail correctly. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
