Privacy policy
Last updated 5 November 2026. Ringtern is a service of LawOne Cloud LLC ("we", "us"). Questions: hello@ringtern.com.
What we collect
- When you request a demo: your website address, business name, your name, email, phone number (for phone demos), and the consent you gave, with the date and time.
- During a demo or a client's live calls: the call recording, a written transcript, and the job details taken on the call.
- When you contact us: the details you send.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To build and run your demo receptionist and send you the job ticket from it.
- For clients: to answer calls on your behalf, send you job tickets, and show your calls on your dashboard.
- To follow up about your demo. We only send offers and tips if you ticked the box asking for them, and you can opt out any time by replying "unsubscribe".
- To improve call quality and prevent misuse.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use a small number of providers to run the service: Vapi (voice AI), Twilio (phone numbers and calls), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI models), Google (email delivery) and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide the service to us.
How long we keep it
Call recordings are deleted after 90 days. Demo requests and contact details are kept for up to 2 years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@ringtern.com. If you're in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Callers to our clients
If you called a business that uses Ringtern, that business decides how your details are used. Contact them directly, or email us and we'll pass your request on.
